Three-Year Outcomes of Adults with Anxiety and Related Disorders Following Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in a Non-Research Clinical Setting
Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) has been proven in many well designed studies to be effective for the treatment of anxiety and related disorders. However, little research has been done on how effective CBT is long-term. This study followed 98 individuals with anxiety and related disorders that were treated with CBT by therapists practicing in private offices.
